Sussex Historic Churches Bike Ride/Stride - Saturday 8th September - any money raised by participants from St Richard’s will be split between Sussex Historic Churches Trust and our Church.  If you are interested in taking part, please speak with Mel who has sponsor forms.


Garden Party Saturday 11th August 3 pm to 6 pm - 27 Meadow Drive, Lindfield RH16 2RS.  Tickets cost £6 and are available from Anne Williamson.

Mini-retreat Opportunity - As part of the Diocesan ‘year of prayer’ Fr John Twistleton is heading up a group of local spiritual directors for a ‘Week of Guided Prayer’ 16-22 September at St Richard’s.  There’s no charge and it’ll be open to anyone seeking to grow their spiritual and prayer life whether new to faith or having been a Christian for years.  They’ll be daily half-hour sessions with an experienced spiritual director with an invitation to follow a programme of guided prayer designed to meet your specific needs, wherever you are on your spiritual journey.  To help planning, people are invited to express their interest by calling Catherine Older on 01825 740800 or by visiting www.weekofguidedprayer.weebly.com
